Mounting systems SAMSON Ratchets, belts, lanyards, etc.
Ratchets (chain ties) are used to tie loads with chains. They are used in the transportation of bulky and lengthy cargoes, in cases where rigid fixation is necessary in order to prevent overturning or overturning. They are most often used for securing cargo on automobile and railway platforms, river and sea vessels.
Tie belts are used for securing loads on various types of transport. The ratchet tightening mechanism allows you to fasten the load and prevents the tape from sagging. The tie-down straps will allow you to fasten almost any load easily and quickly.
Tie belts (ring belts) are used for securing loads on various types of transport. The ratchet tightening mechanism allows you to fasten the load and prevents the tape from sagging. The belt belt is made of polyester material resistant to aggressive environmental conditions.
DIN 1478 closed fork lanyards are designed for changing the length and adjusting the tension of ropes and cables, rigid fastening of standing rigging, fastening of transported or mounted equipment or other heavy cargo. The increased strength characteristics make it possible to use these lanyards when carrying out lifting and transport operations as part of cargo handling devices or independently.
U.S. Type fork lanyards are designed for tension of metal cables and ropes, as well as rigid fixation of heavy equipment. It is especially common to use turnbuckles during rigging work, when it is necessary to ensure the necessary tension of steel ropes that are used to secure transported or mounted equipment or other heavy cargo.
DIN 1480 hook-hook lanyards can be used for linear tension force, i.e. along the axis, special attention should be paid to the exclusion of overloads. It is not intended for carrying out lifting operations.
Lanyards DIN 1480 hook-ring are rigging devices with which the degree of tension of ropes, cables and chains is adjusted. In addition, lanyards are widely used as length compensators that support and insure the rigging device.
The DIN 1480 ring-ring lanyards are made by stamping from alloy steel with subsequent application of a zinc coating, they are two screws screwed into the coupling with opposite threads. The tension of the cables is regulated by the rotation of the central housing (coupling), in which the screws are shifted to the center.
